Founded in 2002, and based in New York, Aicon Gallery showcases a mixture of contemporary and modern artists both from the Indian subcontinent and the Diaspora. As a gallery, Aicon feels that it is important to break down the distinctions between the categories of modern and contemporary art, and the pieces exhibited aim to cement this philosophy.
