On March 11, 1999, Franco Noero opened a gallery in Turin, Italy devoted to contemporary art. Since its inception, the conceptual approach of the gallery emphasises the relationship between contemporary art and the space it occupies. This emphasis led the gallery to represent Italian and international emerging artists, whose work vary in medium, from installation and site-specific works, to video installation and photography.
