Founded in 2001 as a trading hub for Indonesian masterpieces, D Gallerie is a commercial gallery which, in the last three years has shifted its focus to new media works such as graffiti, contemporary photography, video art and mixed media installations. D Gallerie was the first gallery to exhibit graffiti art in Indonesia. It is also the first commercial gallery to have showcased a solo exhibition of contemporary photography works in Indonesia. D Gallerie was selected for Marker 2012 at Art Dubai, curated by Alia Swastika.
